Trust starts with clear terms
Hostazi service and use terms
Orders, accounts, billing, services, suspension, and responsibility.
1. Contract formation
Submitting an order, paying, or activating a service accepts the documents identified at checkout. Anyone ordering for a company confirms authority to bind it.
A quote, displayed price, or domain search is not final activation until payment, verification, and confirmation.
2. Account and security
The client provides accurate information. Proportionate evidence may be requested for fraud prevention or registrar, payment, and legal requirements.
The client protects passwords, SSH keys, APIs, and administrator accounts, enables multi-factor authentication, and limits privileges where available.
3. Prices, invoices, and renewals
Price, currency, billing cycle, taxes, and fees are shown in the order, proposal, or invoice. Bank fees and exchange differences are not payments received by Hostazi.
Recurring services must be paid before the due date. Future renewal pricing may change after reasonable notice without changing a paid term.
4. Domains
Domains follow registry, registrar, and applicable ICANN rules. Registration is only guaranteed after registry confirmation.
The client keeps registrant data current, monitors renewal, and protects transfer codes. Expiry may lead to paid redemption or loss to a third party.
5. Hosting, reseller, and servers
Resources and limits follow the plan. “Unlimited” remains subject to fair use and platform stability.
For self-managed servers, the client handles updates, firewall, keys, backups, and monitoring unless a defined management service was purchased. Resellers are responsible for their downstream clients and content.
6. Development and commerce
The proposal defines scope, deliverables, milestones, revisions, schedule, and price. Out-of-scope changes require written approval.
The client warrants rights to supplied content. Custom deliverables transfer as stated after full payment; generic tools, pre-existing components, and third-party licences retain their own ownership.
The store owner remains responsible for products, prices, invoices, taxes, returns, and consumer duties. Hostazi is not a party to sales made through a hosted store.
7. Suspension and termination
A service may be limited or suspended for non-payment, urgent security risk, abuse, legal demand, or platform danger. Advance notice is attempted when risk and law allow.
The client exports data before termination. Post-termination retention is only guaranteed by an express agreement.
8. Warranties and liability
Hostazi uses reasonable professional care but does not promise error-free service, commercial results, SEO placement, or approval by a third-party platform.
To the extent mandatory law permits, indirect loss, lost profit, opportunity, or data are excluded. Liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
9. Law, evidence, and disputes
Orders, invoices, tickets, and technical logs may serve as electronic evidence. The parties first seek a documented amicable solution.
Algerian law governs, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and obligations applying to processing carried out in the European Union.
